A digital media veteran, Peter Moritz comes to [x+1] after six years of running his own marketing strategy consulting business, PWM Associates, where he guided revenue strategies for agency, media, lead generation and technology companies. He is respected for his strategic vision, precision execution and deep expertise across industry sectors, and for his unique experience with data-driven advertising technologies that are reshaping the media industry.
Past Experiences:
- Prior to founding PWM Associates, he was recruited to Modem Media as senior business development director and ran Modem’s new client acquisition group, reporting to the company’s President from 1998-2006.
- From 1995-1998, he was hired by InterZine and led the company’s sales and marketing teams and developed new online advertising and revenue models.
- Peter began his career with American Express Travel Related Services where he spent ten years. During that time he won top sales honors, was twice the number-one salesperson, won the Chairman’s Award for Quality for his work in retail travel merchandising, and was elected President of the company’s National Sales Excellence Club.
