Online Marketing Operations Analyst

The Client Solutions Organization (CSO) is a strategic client-facing group at [x+1] that develops solutions for and builds enduring relationships with [x+1]'s largest and most important clients. Highly skilled, talented, flexible and multi-faceted CSO team members address the technology challenges and needs of our clients have in order to drive distinctive partnership value. Collaborating closely with our clients, we work with Product Managers, Sales, Engineering and Clients at all stages of the product lifecycle - enabling us to take ideas and transform them into new, industry shaping technologies that we can then take to market.
Summary:
The Operations Analyst plays a critical role in the operations teams as the day to day manager of implementations for [x+1]'s accounts. This role leads a virtual team in executing the project requirements for multiple accounts. This role will also be responsible for operational design the client solution, implementations the campaign and ensuring the quality of the deliverables. This position will report to the head of the operations team. A strong ability to drive projects to completion is necessary.
Core Responsibilities:
- Own the client projects from requirement to delivery and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Responsible for implementation of the campaign including trafficking, compilation of requirements for engineering, management of multiple engineering tasks, and testing for the quality of each deliverables.
- Serve as Point of Contact for operational request directly from clients. These request ranges from current project issues to new requirements.
- Investigate and correspond to client's reported issues in a timely manner as indicated on the SLA.
- Perform project reviews on a periodic basis internally and with clients to ensure key success components of individual projects are performing as planned.
- Document requirements and knowledge base of implementation and operational methods, best practices, QA procedures and results for individual campaigns.
- Train clients and internal resources on [x+1] ad-serving platform, technology, and processes.
Job Skills:
- 1-2 years experience with the media industry.
- HTML knowledge is required. XML is a plus - willingness to learn is a must.
- Working knowledge of ad servers is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and pivot table.
- Familiarity with Flash, Java, JavaScript, SQL, MS Access.
- Willingness and ability to do whatever is needed to see a project through to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
