Poindexter Systems, a leading provider of behavioral targeting solutions for advertisers, will use SAS Enterprise BI Server to simplify its massive database structure and customize its online marketing campaigns so both internal and external clients can easily access reports at any level.
"SAS Enterprise BI Server provides what I consider to be the most elegant view and pre-processed control of OLAP cubes that I've ever seen," says David Montgomery, vice president of marketing analytics at Poindexter Systems.
"In order to customize our clients' online marketing efforts the way we've planned," continues Montgomery, "we need to create separate OLAP cubes and streamline control of database structures for each individual campaign, and only SAS gives us the power and scalability to do that.
